Agreement

By using the MindScribe website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms apply to the public website; separately confirmed counselling arrangements may include additional informed-consent and service terms.

02

Website Information

Psychology articles, notes and well-being information are provided for education and general reflection. They are not personalised psychological assessment, diagnosis, medical advice, treatment or emergency support. See the Counselling Disclaimer for more detail.

We aim to keep information thoughtful and accurate, but psychology knowledge and professional guidance can develop over time. Do not delay seeking qualified care because of something read on this website.

03

Counselling Services

Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not create a counsellor–client relationship. A professional relationship begins only when an appointment is confirmed and the relevant service information and informed-consent process have been completed.

Counselling is appointment-based and subject to availability, professional scope and suitability. For a person under 18, parent or guardian involvement may be required according to applicable law, professional judgment and the circumstances of the service.

04

Appointments & Fees

Current session information may be displayed on the website. Final availability, fees, payment method, rescheduling and cancellation terms will be communicated before an appointment is confirmed. The website does not currently accept online payments.

Please provide accurate contact and scheduling information and attend from a private, suitable location. MindScribe may reschedule, decline or discontinue a service where it falls outside professional scope, cannot be provided safely or is used inappropriately.

05

Responsible Use

You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or use the content to misrepresent professional qualifications or services.

06

Content & External Services

Unless stated otherwise, MindScribe owns or is licensed to use the website’s writing, design, branding and original resources. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, sell or commercially republish substantial content without written permission.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Google or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and MindScribe does not control their availability or content.

07

Liability, Changes & Contact

The website is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every individual purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindScribe is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them when the website or services change. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or discussed by calling +91 9888711141.

These are general website terms and should be read together with any counselling-specific information and consent documentation provided before a session.
